Finding Peace within ourselves

When we find Peace within ourselves. We become anchors for others that are having a tough time. We also become contagious with our Peace for others. Calmness fosters more calmness. And if the world had more Peace, the world would be a more peaceful place. And for every single Human being that becomes Peaceful, we are one Human closer to have Peace on Earth. 

So, how can we find Peace within ourselves? By consentrating on our breath. Breathing in through our nose, and out through the mouth. Letting all the tensness of the body letting go, and letting all the thoughts that are roaming the brain be, and then to disappear. You can use visualizing as a teqnique to find Peace. You can visualize a Peaceful scenery in Your minds eye, becoming calm by the thoughts of being there. You can find Peace through acceptance as well. Accepting what is, and making the best of the situation. 

How will our own Peace affect others? By being Peaceful, we are an energytower broadcasting Peace. And this affects those around us. Because when we are calm, others around us feel like they can be calm as well. They can lower their guard, because they feel safe around us. And when we feel safe, we can find Peace. 

Being safe within ourselves

Many things can make us feel unsafe. Like having had a trauma, which has made us feel unsafe in the world we live in. Allthough our past life is in the past, we might feel unsafe regarding the future of the life we have now. Everything seem dangerous somehow. And allthough there is danger out there, living in fear of it, is not a good state of being to be in. And we should try to live in the now. Enjoying our life here on Earth, which we so gracefully, have been given. To feel safe within ourselves, accept the past, as the past. Know that You are not in the situation you were in, anymore. Breathe. You might even want to look a bit around You, and ask the question, is anything happening right now? This can help You out of your overruling thoughts of fear. Like, if You are sitting in Your Home, completely bombarded with thoughts or memories of something traumatic. Try to just look around You. And ask that question. Is anything happening right now? Most likely, there is not. And that might ground You in the moment of now. 

If You have severe trauma responses, like PTSD or similair, there will be a need for more work to be done, but I believe You will be fine.

Connecting with the Light, is also something that brings Peace. Tremendous Peace in fact. And when You are Light, You also have an effect on people. You might bring forth the Light in others. And what could be better? 

You can also Heal, through having self Love. Accepting Yourself as You are, the past as the past, knowing that You are no longer the person You were, in the situation You were in. Knowing the strength You have had, to endure what it was, that You were in. Knowing, that You, made it, to the other side of it. That You are here now. Where You are. And if You are not on the other side of it yet, know that there is allways light at the end of the tunnel. There will always be Healing at the end of it. And sometimes, Life makes us go through something, just so that we will know, how it is, to get to the other side of it.
