Music can be so tremendously Healing. And that regards basically all music. But what I will be writing about, is freequenzies. There are so many videos out on Youtube with different Healing freequenzies, and I Love using it, when I for an example do energy work. Like, when I want an particulair energy drawn into my Life. I will put on a freequenzie that resonates with what I want into my Life, set up an "Altar"(just a workspace for my energywork), and bring all the crystals, tarot cards and candles with the energy I want to draw in, and set it up in a nice way. Then I will be writing on a note. An intention for myself. This can be anything. But it is usually for Healing purposes.
An example: I will put on the freequenzie of 528, music, which is for Love, and I will bring crystals with the same energy, rose quartz for instance, white or pink Lights(white lights goes for anything), and tarot cards with the intentions that fit my purpose for this energywork. I light the candles, and start writing. I write to the Universe. Using please, may, and thank you. I do wishes, not demands, and I trust that the Universe will bring me the energies I request, because they are never ill intended, and allways only asked for. I trust that the Universe see what is in my best interest. Whats best for me. So if something does not align with that, I trust that it will not be delivered to me. This is a wonderful way to be working with energies.
The nine Solfeggio freequenzies
174 hz - Is associated with pain relief and grounding and gives a sense of security. When I have used this freequenzie on myself, with my tuning fork, I become calm. And I feel a sense of wholeness in my body. It is tremendously grounding and its like it brings all of the pieces of your body or energy, into coherence with itself.
285 hz - Is associated with cellulair Healing and regeneration. It supports tissue repair and vitality. When I used this freequenzie on myself, It was like I could feel damaged areas of my brain being Healed. Feeling my brain stabelize and becoming more in Harmony than being its chaotic self.
396 hz - Is associated with liberation from fear and guilt. It facilitates emotional release and positive transformation. When I first started listening to this freequenzie, I became a little nervous and felt this uneasyness in my chest. But then, it was like a blanket was laid over me, and it was like it was dancing, or being fluffed or shaken over me. A voice told me it was meant for shaking loose, or bringing forth the bad stuff that needed to be worked with. But my brain became really bad, and this voice that I was hearing had to leave.
432 hz - Is the natural freequenzie of the Universe. It brings with it a sense of calm, well being and a connection to nature. It is believed to be in Harmony with Earths natural vibrations and rhytms. As I listened to this freequenzie, it took a while before anything happened. But all of a sudden, it was like my brain was gone, and the Universe was in its place. I was not all knowing or anything like that. But my head was open, and I saw in my minds eye, that the Universe was where my brain was supposed to be.
528 hz - Is associated with transformation and miracles, dna repair, Love and Harmony. I cant say that I feel all that much with this freequenzie. But that might be because I am already there, or my Heart is blocked from recieving this freequenzie in some way. I am guessing that my Heart is blocked. So I am sorry, but I cant say anything about my own experience here.
639 hz - Is associated with connection and relationships, enhances communication and understanding. When I listened to this freequenzie, it was like my whole brain got activated. Like it lit up somehow. It became calm and present. Instead of being caught up in thoughts.
741 hz - Is associated with expression and detoxification, promotes clarity, intuition, and problem-solving. When I listened to it, I could feel like my ear channels clearing up or something. Not like physically, but energetically maybe? My frontal lobe got activated and I felt more clear headed.
852 hz - Is associated with awakening intuition, connecting to inner wisdom and spiritual awareness. When I listened to this freequenzie, my third eye got activated. But it did not open or anything. It felt like outward pressure on the forehead, going down to the middle of the eyebrows.
963 hz - Is associated with divine connection and enlightenment, associated with oneness and activating the pineal gland. Listening to this, I could feel the top of my head being activated. Like energy being activated. And a little pull upwards. Like I was being told to straighten up. I closed my eyes, and could feel the place in me, where I was present in this body. Where I was awake in my mind. Where thoughts were not ruling my state of being. But where the silence of my mind made me something else. What is constant, and never ending. The Life of me. What experiences this existence, here on Earth. And then my self got exited, and I was my self again.
Every freequenzie has their purpose. And their own Healing abilities, and connective abilities. They all have their own purpose regarding spiritual ascendance. Good luck finding the one for you :)
